Job Summary:

The Part-Time Testing Support delivers exceptional customer service to students, faculty and staff who utilize Testing Services. Duties include administering and proctoring exams, assisting department staff in processing documentation and preparing exams for delivery, general clerical duties, and other related testing services for students, faculty and staff while maintaining excellent customer services.
Work assignments may be scheduled for evening and weekend coverage.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
LCC policy requires all LCC employees to be residents of the State of Michigan and to perform all work (with limited exceptions) within the State of Michigan.
Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Demonstrated customer service experience
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products
Availability to work evenings or weekend hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent educational experience (60 or more college credits)
Experience working in a proctored testing environment
Demonstrated office experience
