Lansing Community College's Technical Careers Division seeks an Adjunct Instructor for their Manufacturing Engineering Technology: Machining Program. This faculty member will teach courses in Manufacturing Engineering Technologies consistent with the evolving state of the discipline and accepted trends in teaching methods. This position requires a specific Quality and Metrology background in the manufacturing field. Additional skillsets in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and metallurgy and heat treatment are also desired. Ideal candidates would have a strong knowledge base in quality control and metrology as well as proficient operation of coordinate measuring machines and other metrological equipment.

Adjunct (part-time) faculty to teach courses in Biology. Depending upon program needs and the candidate’s qualifications, teaching assignments will be on LCC’s downtown Lansing campus. Adjunct faculty are expected to work collaboratively with senior department faculty to develop course content consistent with official course syllabi, to deliver course instruction to students, and to be available for student assistance and advising outside of class. Additional responsibilities may include participation in course assessment, department/program meetings, professional development activities, and other duties as assigned.

This full-time administrator position provides leadership, oversight, and management for the day-to-day operations of clinical experiences within the Community Health Services Education and Medical Assistant (CHSE/MEDA) Programs. They work collaboratively with the Program Director, faculty, healthcare agencies, and area hospitals to coordinate and maintain the highest caliber of practical training in the clinical environment. In partnership with the Program Director, the Clinical Coordinator actively recruits, develops, and maintains collaborative partnerships with external clinical affiliates and service providers.
