The Design & Construction Technologies program is seeking a Lab Assistant with expertise in building systems and carpentry. The ideal candidate will have experience with building project setup and a solid understanding of building structures and construction techniques. A strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and technologies is essential. This role also involves the upkeep of the construction lab, ensuring that all equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly. Additionally, the Lab Assistant will manage inventory, ensuring that materials and supplies are properly stocked and organized for ongoing projects and testing. This position requires the ability to drive College vehicles as part of the job duties.

Required Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree in a Building Construction-related field, OR High School Diploma/GED and one or both of the following:
Relevant work experience or some college coursework in a Building Construction-related field.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record with less than 4 points
