Job Summary:

Responsible for the imaging, support, maintenance and monitoring of the college’s mobile device technology. The primary focus for this position is assisting with the support of campus laptops, tablets, iPads, COWs (Computers on Wheels), and dry dock classrooms (4,000+ mobile devices). Responsible for inventory control and organization of computer hardware and accessories. Facilitate technology meetings with PC Techs as needed. Lead the work of PT technicians and student technicians.

Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.

Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process.

Required Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree in computer related discipline or an equivalent combination of experience and technical/computer education.

Demonstrated experience in computer technical support with progressive increases in responsibilities.

Demonstrated customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Three years’ experience in computer technical support with progressive increases in responsibilities.
